Supratim Chowdhury is a spiritual teacher and mentor dedicated to guiding others on their spiritual journeys. Born in Kolkata, India, he was influenced by Vaishnava culture from a young age.
Supratim's spiritual journey began with his initiation into the Kaula Avadhut Tantra tradition by Sreemath Debananda Tirthanath. He then practiced yogic kriyas, shakta upasanas, and ajappa sadhana, deepening his understanding of the divine. Later, he was initiated into the Vaishnava tradition of Bhakti Marg by Sreemath (Dr) Swapan Kumar Ghosh and practiced bhakti marg upasana.
A significant turning point came when he received Shaktipat initiation from his reverent Guru, Sadguru Yogi Greg Hagi, of the Tirtha-Monk lineage. This initiation awakened his Kundalini energy and profoundly deepened his spiritual understanding.
As a certified Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master, Supratim has developed his own energy healing modalities, including Cosmic Call Prayer & Meditation, Reiki Meditation for Healing, Surya Shakti Healing Meditation, and Vajra Shakti Meditation. He emphasizes the importance of practice and experience in achieving spiritual growth and self-realization.
In addition to his spiritual work, Supratim holds a Master's in Management Studies and is a qualified HR Professional. He has taught and delivered lectures and seminars in esteemed B-schools across the globe. As a research scholar, he has written several papers and articles on spiritual topics and developed spiritual and management ideologies, including the IDM Model and the 4 "V" Approach.

This present book that he has penned is from the realizations that he witnessed during his spiritual journey after “Shaktipat” diksha from his reverent Guru and ascending of Kundalini energy by his constant meditation practice and healings. He strongly believes that the spiritual journey is the combination of all four yogas, Viz; raj yoga, karma yoga, gayan yoga, and bhakti yoga for any aspirant. Only theoretical understanding will never lead one towards liberation but practice of each of them to the highest peak. Realizing each of these yogas at the highest peak but consciously through meditating and healing.
He is a research scholar and known for his spiritual research papers, articles, and presentations. He is the proposer of the IDM Model, The 4 "V" Approach, The Role of Knowing the Self in Excelling Human Competencies, Vasudhaiva Kutambakam, and Management ideology for the present age. He is the genesis and introducer of the cosmic call prayer & meditation which is step by step guided cosmic energy healing technique. He also introduced a modern technique of Reiki meditation for healing, Surya Shakti healing meditation, and Vajra Shakti meditation as energy healing modalities.
